CUSTOM ORDER, RETURN & APPROVAL POLICY

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, Callahan Designs does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production. This includes, but is not limited to, custom printed apparel, embroidered apparel, personalized merchandise, and other made-to-order products.
CUSTOMER APPROVAL
By submitting an order and completing checkout, the customer confirms that they have carefully reviewed and approved all information provided with their order, including design, wording, spelling, names, dates, numbers, colors, garment style, garment color, size, quantity, personalization, and other customization details.
If a digital proof or design mockup is provided, approval of that proof constitutes authorization to proceed with production. Once approved, Callahan Designs is not responsible for errors that were present in the information or artwork approved or supplied by the customer.
DESIGN & PRODUCTION VARIATIONS
The customer understands that digital mockups and images are visual representations and may not be exact representations of the finished product. Colors may vary between computer/phone displays and the finished garment. Print and embroidery size, positioning, thread color, ink color, and placement may also have minor variations as a normal part of the production process.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the overall design are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund, return, exchange, or remake.
SIZING
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct garment size. Because garments are customized specifically for each order, incorrect size selection does not qualify for a return or exchange. Customers should review any available manufacturer sizing information before ordering.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED INFORMATION & ARTWORK
Callahan Designs is not responsible for misspellings, incorrect dates, names, numbers, sizes, colors, quantities, low-resolution artwork, or other incorrect information submitted or approved by the customer.
By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, names, trademarks, or other material for reproduction, the customer represents that they have the necessary permission or rights to use that material and authorizes Callahan Designs to reproduce it for fulfillment of the order.
PRODUCTION ERRORS OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If Callahan Designs makes a material production error or an item arrives defective, the customer must contact us within [7 days] of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue. After verification, Callahan Designs may, as appropriate, repair or replace the affected item or provide another remedy required by applicable law.
Issues resulting from customer-approved information, normal production tolerances, incorrect sizing selections, or differences between screen colors and physical materials are not considered production errors.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once artwork preparation, printing, embroidery, personalization, or other production has begun, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged.
CHECKOUT AGREEMENT
By checking the acknowledgment box and completing checkout, the customer confirms that they:
- Have reviewed and approved all order and customization information;
- Understand that customized and made-to-order merchandise is final sale;
- Understand that minor variations in color, placement, sizing, printing, and embroidery may occur;
- Accept responsibility for the accuracy of information and artwork they submit or approve; and
- Have read, understood, and agreed to the Callahan Designs Custom Order, Return & Approval Policy.
